Key Responsibilities |
- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of the Company's operations, including Digitization, Billing, Cash Flow Management, Workflow Management and Project Management.
- Business Strategy: Collaborate with the MD & CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute the company's overall business strategy, ensuring alignment with our long-term goals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and workflows across the organization, with a focus on efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Drive financial performance by developing and monitoring budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing revenue generation.
- Technology Innovation: Stay updated of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within our Document Management solutions.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with the Marketing Teams to understand client needs and ensure the delivery of exceptional services and solutions.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement Risk Management Strategies to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
- Vendor Management: Optimise cost and manage the performance of vendors. Experience of presenting and attending board meetings.
