Role & Responsibilities

Outbound Calls:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products or services. Engage with customers to understand their needs and interests.

• Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.

Customer Engagement:

• Provide accurate information about product, service and promotions.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficienty.

Sales and Lead Generation:

Data Management:

• Update customer information in the database accurately.

• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions and sales.

• Prepare and submit call reports and performance metrics.

Follow-Up:

• Conduct follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest or made previous inquiries.

• Ensure timely and effective follow-up to convert leads into sales.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

• Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

3. Market Analysis:

• Monitor competitors' activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

4. Sales Reporting:

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to reporting manager.

• Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

• Track and report on sales activities using CRM software.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

6. Negotiation and Closing:

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

• Close sales by building rapport with potential customers and addressing objections.

• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
