Job Responsibilities |

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tender management and documentation, with a focus on ensuring compliance and facilitating timely and successful submissions. Key Responsibilities:Tender Preparation and Submission: Prepare and submit tenders in compliance with company guidelines and tender specifications. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time. Market Research & Opportunity Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new tender opportunities. Analyze and evaluate potential opportunities to determine the feasibility and strategic alignment with company goals. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met and submissions are timely. Liaise with vendors, procurement teams, and other departments as needed. Compliance and Records Management: Ensure full compliance with tender requirements, including any legal, technical, or financial criteria. Maintain a comprehensive record of all bids submitted, along with results and feedback for future reference. GeM Portal Expertise: Be proficient in working with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. Handle GeM portal tasks including profile creation, bid submission, and related activities. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in tender management, with a proven track record in preparing and submitting tenders successfully. Knowledge & Skills: In-depth knowledge of tender documentation processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
