Job Responsibilities
  • Provide deep focus & ownership on overall services delivery to internal clients.
  • Handle 1st level customer escalations across India.
  • Review vendor work via team meetings & site audits.
  • Manage customer escalations to minimize open calls.
  • Take accountability & enable all support actions for on-time execution.
  • Monitor progress & recommend proactive suggestions for equipment reliability & performance at Data Centres.
  • Ensure SOW & agreed SLAs are met; support vendors to achieve targets.
  • Act as primary interface between Data Centre, vendors, sub-contractors, and internal teams.
  • Share quality feedback to OEMs/Suppliers and implement corrective actions/retrofits.
  • Facilitate invoicing and payments; verify and share reports & compliance documents on time.
  • Train and develop Data Center Field Technicians and new joiners.
Technical Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in Virtualization, Cloud/On-premise Infra, Storage & Server Administration.
  • Data Backups & Replication processes, Microsoft O365, Disaster Recovery drills.
  • Experience handling System Integrators or IT Vendors.
  • Prior experience as Manager DC and DR operations is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Proficiency in VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V, and similar virtualization platforms.
  • Knowledge of Networking, SAN/NAS, and IT Security standards.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and multiple vendors efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience in monitoring tools, incident management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities Invoicing and Revenue Recognition:
  • Verify invoicing data from the system for completeness and accuracy.
  • Raise accurate invoices in a timely manner following SOPs.
  • Dispatch invoices and upload on the Issuer Portal.
  • Upload invoice data in Tally and book revenue recognition entries.
  • Ensure compliance with GST laws.
Customer and Operational Coordination:
  • Maintain up-to-date customer master file.
  • Coordinate with operations team for invoicing clarifications.
  • Address customer queries promptly and accurately.
  • Work with grievance team for invoice/receipt issues.
Process Improvement and Automation:
  • Identify and implement system improvements in invoicing processes.
  • Review existing invoicing process for automation opportunities.
Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Prepare daily MIS reports on invoicing activities.
  • Reconcile invoices generated with underlying systems.
Audit and Compliance:
  • Prepare audit schedules and management statements.
  • Resolve audit queries related to invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with GST and regulatory requirements.
Accounting and Reconciliation:
  • Book receipt accounting entries in accounting software.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and day-to-day accounting entries.
  • Match receipt entries against invoices.
  • Update monthly steady receipt entries and advances working file.
  • Follow up with banks to resolve unidentified transactions.
Recovery and Follow-Up:
  • Identify overdue accounts and prioritize recovery efforts.
  • Engage with customers to negotiate payment terms and recover dues.
  • Track repayment commitments and escalate defaults as per policy.
  • Provide solutions to settle outstanding amounts.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of recovery efforts.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery performance reports.
  • Analyze trends in non-payment and suggest improvements.
Coordination and Collaboration:
  • Work with accounts and finance teams to reconcile balances.
  • Coordinate with Marketing or relationship teams for account insights.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
  • Percentage of overdue amount recovered vs. total outstanding.
  • Average resolution time for overdue accounts.
  • Reduction in high-risk accounts.
  • Customer retention post-recovery negotiations.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of recovery reporting.
